ECDA is the largest provider of SBA 504 loans in the Pacific Northwest. The 504 program helps businesses finance owner occupied commercial real estate and equipment. The loans are designed to help the business expand - with up to 90% financing, 20 year terms, no balloon payments, and below market fixed interest rates. As a non-profit organization Evergreen returns its profits to the community through donations to outstanding economic development organizations like Seattle SCORE.
